The Hotel at Avalon in Alpharetta, GA

While visiting North Georgia, we decided to spend a few days in Alparetta which is 30 minutes by car from Atlanta.

We stayed at The Hotel at Avalon located in a luxurious walkable community full of shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The lobby of the Hotel at Avalon feels grand and inviting, with it’s large library wall, fireplace hearth, luxurious seating, and warm lighting.

Just outside the front doors of the Hotel, is the beginning of Avalon Blvd. The walkable street plaza is full of shops, restaurants, and a movie theater.

One of my favorite stops was Jeni’s Ice Cream. Their artisan ice cream was the perfect treat for a walk by the shops. The unique flavors and ingredients made each cone feel like a special experience.

After visiting the North Mountains of Georgia, I’ve made it a goal to travel there again and experience even more of the area. Alpharetta will definitely be on my list again.
